The heart of our process is design: collaborating with our clients to define the aesthetic and functional attributes of the multimedia applications, web sites and kiosks that we build. We start with creative vision and inspiration, and deliver complete and comprehensive schematics and specifications.
Information Architecture
Our information architects bring organization to the content and features of web sites, intranets and extranets. They use the techniques and methods of this relatively new field to structure interactions that are intuitive and seamless.
The goal of creating a pleasing user experience guides the overall process. Users' language and their needs, both practical and emotional, require analysis and definition.
Winning web sites and RIAs take shape only by combining user goals with intuitive organization.
Interaction Design
When we fashion relationships between people and computers, mobile devices, kiosks and RIAs, we turn to the art and science of interaction design. The focus is on human-technology interfaces with the goal of fully expressing the attributes of a system, while engaging and pleasing its user.
Because it is an interaction there is ongoing communication, and a need to build effective bonds and positive linkages between a system or product and an end-user. The focus is on those specific interactions. The user is at the center and the systems' business goals also fully articulated. Success means the technology has successfully met the user's needs.
Graphic Design
Each product, system or web application we build has a visual component. This is the face that first attracts or repels a user. It must be immediately compelling and engaging.
Our designers listen carefully to any brand requirements, respect those parameters, hear the aspirations for the product or web site, and then create visual representations of those components. The designs can be metaphorical and inspirational, or they can be illustrative and based upon photo imagery.
